    bell and carlson stocks

    Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has or has seen a Bell and Carlson stock that has the Maxxguard coating on it? Is it the same as the rubber over-coating that is on the Hogue stocks? Is it very durable?
Had 1 of the medalist stocks previously and quite liked it but it was like a bar of soap when it got wet.

    Cheers Ray

Unfortunately any coating or paint will wear in time, the sako rubber coated stock grips went like clue in time and all paint finishes I've had look rustic in a year or two.
McMillan gel coat is fantastic for long life wear as well as there edge technology unpainted.
