Thread: Bergara 6.5prc extreme hunter max COAL?

Does anyone know the max COAL for the Bergara 6.5prc extreme hunter floorplate magazine? Uncle google doesn’t appear to have the answer.

If it was me I would load to book max (2.955) or just under and see if whatever projectile you want to shoot, shoots there. In my experience if it doesn’t shoot well there and you want to load from the mag you’re better off trying another bullet or powder. For what it’s worth I load for 2 Bergara 6.5PRC’s and both shoot the 147 ELDM’s really well with most powders at that length.
