    Compared to a bolt action, when you cut one to minimum length, you end up with an 'action length worth (for given caliber)' more barrel, for the same OAL gun. That has its appeal I guess, over a repeater.

    Great Rifle and the weight aids accuracy

    Bought a 20” Bergara BA13 .308 a few months back.
    Really impressed, was getting average of 0.7” at 100 meters prone.
    The weight is great as it helps keep the rifle down when fired. The kick is not bad for a .308
    I’ll try again once my Waitaki Engineering suppressor turns up, as I expect to get better accuracy.
    100% recommended.
