No he is a Kiwi & there are a few rumors floating around

An F-Class shooter has set up & is making his own actions with some in the beta testing stage for a while now

Well, getting close to beta testing. At least there will be a local option that will be compatible with the old footprint.

I beleive Glacier rifles were making receivers close to a Barnard design but with no interchangeable parts with the real thing.
If some one has a Barnard model S receiver , right hand , 308 bolt face for sale, I am interested.
