One is a "45degree canted mount weaver rail" which should fit under most scope set ups and holds the torch low and off to the side. Readily available on aliexpress now.

The other is the old-timey halogen spotties, which had a dove-tail on them and so could be mounted to your scope with an inverted scope ring. Good for shooting off a quad, or a ute that had a 12volt socket at the back deck, pretty hopeless for shooting out the cab, or walkups or peddly missions
The lights were 6 or 8" around, doesn't make for easy handling.
That more or less looks like this same unit on aliexpress.

Only issue is the measurements of that weaver mount look wider than the one on my .22 rifle.
Do they come in different sizes? I can only see the one option from what I can tell.
Looks like it will be a perfect fit and should mount under my scope fine, and the quick detach makes it very versatile too.

The only other issue i see is my convoy flashlight is 26mm diameter, and the mount is listed as 25mm, not too sure how big a deal this will be.
