Has anybody had the new swaro el ranges and zeiss victory side by side? I figure glass would be much of a muchness between the two . My eyes are not good enough to tell the difference between the top end stuff it might just come down to aesthetics shape weight etc where people find the pros and cons? Iv always loved zeiss scopes had a few . The swaro scopes iv looked threw iv loved the quality but I'm to hard on rifles to top them with a swaro.

The zeiss victory were not even on my radar until someone elses thread a week or so ago now it's got me wondering

    Cheers

Can’t comment on the very latest models but when I did a side you side comparison about 3 years back the Zeiss Victory were best in my eyes. Best = brightness, clarity, colour and sharpness. Comparison included Swaro, Leica & Zeiss. All extremely impressive but the Zeiss jumped out to me. Still could not afford the price on Victories

Been researching a bit here myself to potentially upgrade my older Trinovids.

I’d like the ultravids, or zeiss. The zeiss victory are about $4300 here, a grand more than the EL’s with the Leica’s a bit more.

There is something about Zeiss lenses and image colour / contrast that my eyes like!

From what I see here the el and victory new geovid are all with in the same ballpark figure as one another . Iv got the swaro locked in but they havent being a special order so can potentially change it with my local yet the zeiss how ever would be special order

Both absolutely epic for my eyes I think the swaro just leads for the retailers it was also his first look threw the zeiss his eyes liked the zeiss once again nothing in it I just found I had focus threw 90% of the focus range in the swaro and in the zeiss once focused very crisp and clear but probably only 40%

Delta Forest or Titanium from @Sarvo. They need more focus adjustment as you pan across a face between different distances than high end glasses, but cannot be equaled for the money IMO.

Theirs alot of good options but I think their like glasses because they work for me doesn't mean they'll work for you so if possible I recommend trying to look threw a few plenty of good options
