    But its still a rifle with no bolt or trigger. You dont need a FAL for parts

    Never had to show FAL or with any barrels ive bought.

    But it is still your choice to request confirmation.

    It is the action that is deemed to be the firearm. It can be devoid of barrel, trigger, stock, and probably the bolt but the bit remaining is the "firearm". If for example you ever buy a bare Barnard action you will be required to present your FAL.

    I am sure this has been a previous thread/discussion.
