Thread: Bolt Faces

Right we all know a bolt face can be 'opened' easy as but why dont you see many people 'close' them?

I have a 7mm saum rem700 titanium action that i was given but dont want that bolt face as, why cant i sleeve it an fit sako extractor rather that buy new bolt body? be no weeker that what it was when was open on the saum be smaller round anyway

Anyone herd of anyone doing it?

Feed rails can be changed to suit new rounds so thats no biggie either
