Thread: Bolt found

Hi people, a mate of mine found this rifle bolt at a round about in the Mount. It has a bit of gravel rash on it, it looks like a long action to me reminisent of a sako?

Hope his barrel is not as rusty as that bolt nice one for posting though

Left on the roof?

Towing it behind the car to remove the surface rust and the line snapped?

Least the tikka owners don't need to worry

Someone will be very glad to get that back! Been left on a roof or rear bumber of ute? @Gibo, one of your BOP homieeeez?

Handles on the wrong side for me. I lost mine from the front door when I left it there with blood on it, dog took it away to clean it for me

Lost my kimber bolt after stupidly leaving it on the bonnet of the wagon when leaving whakamarama car park. Bout two or three months back. Went straight back up but someone obviously picked it up.
Wont do that again $500 for new one.

Was something similar for my tikka

One good thing.
Managed to convince my wife that I needed a new rifle while new bolt was getting sorted.
I dont think she has a clue what guns I have already.
