I may have some traction on the magazines i am after from Canada.
Anyway as a thought, whilst it does drag the process on a bit further, my son is coming back from Canada March next year.
If its cheaper to post to him, it would make it way easier to get the magazines to me for distribution, rather than getting them stuck at a gun hating post depot in Auckland.
He would just need the customs permits?
Yep. Get the permits before govt/police try to slap a price tag on them.
Already have the rozzer permits.
It has been stalled for the last 4 months
Wasn't going to send anything to customs until it's actually happening.

I was thinking he may need permits to take them on the flight (as it would still be exporting them by definition as he is taking them out of the country...) but I do not know. Also if any permits were already issued they should be still accepted...
If the 90 days doesn't get extended it will be over by March
90 days awould be done by end of Janurary, but shipping times for business type volumes of ammo will be either late (if shipped by sea) or really expensive (if shipped by air...)Quote:

Looking at getting a MCarbo trigger spring for my Browning Xbolt as the factory trigger is way too heavy and kind of creepy.
Does any know if a permit is required? Surely not it's just a spring ..........
