Thread: Brno Mod 2 in 20 Extruder

A friend of mine had this rifle made up using one of his old pro rabbit shooting rifles. He gave it to me before he passed away from cancer.

It’s a 20 Extruder - standard 22lr chamber, but the barrel squeezes down to 20cal.

Shoots nicely with Winnie black box PowerPoints, Aguila HVHPs, and CCI and Winnie subsonic HPs.

I originally had an old steel tube Weaver K6 on it but had horrible parallax. Managed to pick up a second hand Docter 6x42 that complements it nicely once I adjusted the parallax.

Myra's Sports was one of the notable Ozzie gunshops of the time. Along with Mick Smiths. All gone now.

Myra's also had several oddball centrefire cartridges.

I visited both those shops whilst living in Oz.

My goto gunshop was Mialls in Frankston which seems to have gone from strength to strenght.
