    Could you please post some pics of your model 21?

    There was a decent (but stock was a bit dinged up) Oberndorf Type B in 7x57 which sold on Trademe a few days ago...for a whopping $880.00. Bargain. Excellent bore - supposedly; everything matching apart from the bolt, which was a direct replacement from Mauser.

    Still - a Type A is even nicer. I'd rather have an older Mauser (in great condition) than a made-in-2019 production '98. The new ones lack the old-school charm and all the history that goes with it.
