    Browning A-bolt

How good is the A-bolt? At this moment they sell at about 60% of the price of a T3 lite here in Belgium. As I like light rifles they are my cup of tea. Good magazine system and top tang safety. I heard/read the stock is very good. Available in a few calibres. Are they worth using as a donation rifle. Using stock, action and only change the barrel?

I would take an a-bolt over a tikka if I was paying 40% extra for the abolt!

Thats about how the prices stack up here isn't it, funny how things vary between different countries. I guess FN Browning are based in Belgium, the price difference there might be due to import taxes etc.
