I'm drawn to the mountains and the bush, it's where life is clear, where the world makes the most sense.

Got a feeling you will love it Gibo. Mate has two of them (223 & 243) both fitted with cans. Bloody nice rifles. One is synthetic, other wood. Timber is nicer of the two.

Chop a T3 to 16inches and suppress it. They're great set ups. Craigs is a 16inches version in 308 and mine.is 18 inch in 708. Great bush gun
The only issue I have with Bergara is there is no case extractor when you break the rifle open to slam in another round, just a small detail but if Bergara had added this they would have the perfect single shot. Id have bought a Thompson Center but cant justify the price of them for a single shot. As mentioned above a 16 inch T3 would be dynamite in the bush, I have had a couple of T3 rifles before but didn't chop and suppress them for bush guns.
Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

Does it have to be chopped and suppressed to be classed as a bish pig cause my old .303 isnt chopped and suppressed and its a bush gun. And a machete. Probably why I missed the last 2 deer I shot at with it haha

Pretty much, I'm going to use it as bits now anyway, swap the front sight and mag to another .303 in the cupboard that is missing those bits. Hopefully it shoots a bit straighter

Not that I would ever even dream of suggesting that Gibo would be going down this road. It is just that he used a poor choice of words.
The guy in the link is known to me on a personal level, and that scares me

You forgot to file finger grooves into the ammo @Toby that is so you can throw it at the deer after you miss with the rifle
