    Is it a problem? Ive got a zastava, and sako that produce little rings round the primer like that and several others that dont. Its never worried me as i just think the pins too thin. For interest my nephew owns a remington 770 not one of their finer products by all accounts but its accurate and theres no ring around the primer.
