    Building a bigger bipod

The lad and I were talking about bipods and shooting sticks a while back, and I got to thinkin.
A couple of cheap trade me purchases and lets see what happens

    Hacksaw and a flat file

    5 Minute Araldite later

70cm - 140cm extendable bipod, complete with shock absorbing springs, removable rubber feet with metal spikes for better grip offroad. Not backpack friendly.

This was only for fun, building with my boy. The kids can try it on the .22, I don't think it will hold up to a centrefire. But hey, the build worked. We will test it on the next camping trip I s'pose.

I have a spare camera tripod that you can have to play around with.
