Ruger 10/22 circa earl 90s bought new. Inaccurate is an understatement.

Savage stevens semi auto 22LR early 90s, great condition to look at but would not cycle a round at all. Got a dam good deal from GC when they swapped it for the most accurate 22LR I have ever owned. (Still have that Norinco JW27 some 25 years later...) Serves him right not asking why I bought it in...It was jamming every shot and would not cycle. I was told by the gunsmith to give it to GC as he would collect it the next day and fix it. The guy behind the counter saw me looking at a new norinco on the shelf, Asked me what I had in the gunbag and after I said it was a Stevens he said he would do a straight swap but did not want the scope. I certainly was not going to argue with that offer and left before he had a chance to test it......
