    Buying budget binoculars

    Hey guys,
I'm looking at buying some binoculars at around the $300 mark what are your recommendations? Was think of getting some 10x50 Nikon pro staff 5 as they have the larger objective lens to draw in more light. Is it worth it? Also was thinking of the redfield rebel 10x42 as I have had a look through a mates and I quite like them but haven't seen what they are like in low light.

Get some Vortex Diamondback 10x42 from the fella in Ozzie. He put a post up a couple of weeks ago on here. I got some for my son, great value optics.

10x42 Vortex Diamondbacks mate, love mine, equally as good if not slightly better than my mates $800 leupolds, and my other mates Zen Ray Primes @ $1k.

There was a bloke Cooeebay? on here the other day offering a great deal on them.
