Kinda, purchased a USR/AUG, got it home, gave it a good going over before rounds down range. Only to discover no gas spring. Contacted the seller and he said 'no spring to start with' functions fine without and yeah it does, but will function better with one I believe.

Classic, they do need them especially when dirty.
