repaired a minox one (batteries leaked) seemed well made and worked well
Damn things are detectable with the right gear, one was taken from next door to my place, not mine.
detection is easy, most digital cameras inc cellphone see infrared. so point your phone around a property at night and you will see the IR illuminators.
always a good idea to scan a room at night with the lights off at night in hotels, b&b's etc. theres some fucked up people out there.
