    Question: I choose Graphite Black for a now-retired Sig P229 because the very-flat Armour Black finish looked slightly splotchy the photos. Is the Armour Black finish even and consistent?

    I've got armour black on my 6.5 Grendel and it looks just like the second photo above, nice even finish.
