    Cerakoting or other coating a shotgun

    Picking up a 1yr old semi tomorrow, it has a few small spots of rust, not broken through, look more like bloodstains. Anyone have any idea of a ballpark figure for getting it re-coated if necessary? Mai-mai I will use this year is in saltwater, so wouldn't mind a decent coat of something on it.

    I have seen a couple of factory ceracote jobs fail recently on brownings so it can fail. Guess as with any paint job the prep is the key.

    I just spray my benelli with a product called rustoleum it’s pretty hard wearing and easy to use,also comes in camo specific colours.

    Yip, Rusoleum is "da bomb".

    Just resusiatated my old Rock Chuker in Rustoleum. Better finish than the original paint job and a better colour too.Name: rchuker.JPG Views: 323 Size: 90.5 KB
