Making my 3rd Paulownia/CF stock. This one for my REM M7 260. Close to finished now, another fine sand & final thin coat of epoxy to go.
Weighing in at ~660gm including the limbsaver recoil pad.

I don’t know why but when I see that stock it reminds me of those cheap pvc coats of the 70’s
Yeah, the epoxy gloss is a bit much. Once I have it to what I want in gloss, I sand back with 400-800 grit wetndry then give it a coat of clear matt from the rattle can. I’m probably a couple of weeks on other jobs before I get back to do that.
