    what Micky said, but just as a fun thought exercise, if you really wanted to make a sleeve you could get an offcut .223 barrel and machine the outside to the cartridge dimensions of the centrefire rifle, then ream a .22H chamber in it.

    want to check for accuracy before firing it through a suppressor
