Thread: Change of address

Hi all
In the process of selling and shifting house apart from updating address for licence, do I have to get new place inspected as will have same set up as previous place with had no issues only 3 months ago ?

I had the police turn up in a marked car with two uniformed officers to do my check at the new house. All within a few days of advising of the new address. Previously the Arms officer turned up in an unmarked car, and did the check.
This is how you make a less than sterling impression to the new neighbours.

Yup. If you've shifted far you might even move into a different region of AO. Move, set up, then notify to get inspected, but don't wait too long in the new place.

Had about a 3 month wait for my inspection when I shifted houses about 18 months ago.

I suspect that workload may well mean inconsistencies. Nothing bad, we are the law abiding ones after all!
