I sent her the guys details and she replied.
Lucky @
robh500 (Who I sold the stock to) is on the same page and was happy to talk to her.
"Spoke with Rob. All good. I have now made that rifle into an A cat in our system and recorded this information on your licence along with your narrative and the images I took. (I let her take a pic of the lower with the A cat stock) It is no longer recorded as an MSSA and you can sell it to anyone with a firearms licence, no endorsement required.
Thanks for getting the info to me quickly.
Cheers."
Whilst I would agree with you normally Pete, I actually need to sell the rifle and do not have time to argue the point unfortunately. Maybe you can swap your AR around a bit and see how you go?
I feel like what she was told my PNZHQ was what to do if I was getting rid of my E cat endorsement and changing my guns to A cat. If that was the case I would understand the process, but I still have another AR on my E cat so why would I have to had in the stock and grip when I could use it on that freely?
Yes Tommy, same AO, thing is, unlike you Aucklanders we only have one for the whole region.
I swear it doesn't help not being in my 30's 40's +
