    Use a cheap tool that holds a miniature tampon lookalike. Push in just past lugs engage area a rotate a few times. Got tool from Workshop Inno.

    That area gets quite grubby on my F Class rifles if I don't clean regularly as I lubricate the locking lugs with moly every outing.
