    I only just brought an HMR two weeks ago and got round to firing it in the weekend. Couple of guys hinted that they are a mongrel to clean.
    I just used a one piece rod, bush and copper remover , dry patch's then a lightly oiled patch, no problem at all, same as any other rifle to clean.
