    I have had the xp5 4.5 - 22.5
was a heavy scope but worked great. Glass was good and it dialed really well.

I have one of his (Jon @ Opticzone) Clearidge 3-9x32 scopes on one of my 22s. It is an AO model. It is very good for the $s paid. VG optics. Japanese manufacture. I think the biggest issue with them is they are an unknown brand generally and if you come to sell they will not go like hot cakes. Have seen good impressions posted of them in the past.
Interestingly, if buying new (yeh, I realise you are not) he markets them on his Clearidge site and the Opticzone site. Opticzone site always runs a discount - why would you buy off his Clearidge site?

If you read the fine print it says "exclude clearridge", unless you're looking at a different discount? But they are great scopes, I had the 4.5 to 22 and dialled out to 1000 no worries and clear glass, great value for money. Only reason I sold was a mate wanted it otherwise I would have kept it
