Yes, a P14 made by Eddystone Repeating Arms, a division of Remington. C&H probably did the post WW1 Weedon Repair Standard work to remove the lobbing sights etc. The barrel is original as the serial number matches the receiver. It should also be on the bolt and rear sight. You can find original stocks from Sarco Inc but that one probably has more sentimental value to you as is.
I've just checked my P14 bible. C&H modified 14,323 P14's to the Weedon Repair Standard. If the stock fitted was original to that rifle before someone sporterised it, you may find a six pointed star and an X stamped at the bottom of the grip.
