To answer Bigbear, Ultimitsu was correct on the listing,
Still no response, Im not sure if he is a forum Member so dont want to say too much,
Kind of have to give him an opportunity to refund so Ill wait and see.

Still havent heard anything back,
Have raised a dispute with TM for now.
