Thread: Cracked Firing Pin Holder

While cleaning my bolt, I noticed the firing pin holder is cracked.
If you look at the left of the picture, it runs down the side, across the face to the pin.
Is this a safety issue or just going to cause misfires in the future?
Looks like a new firing pin assembly is in order either way.
Also there doesn't appear to be enough firing pin protrusion at 0.023" which may be related?
