About LinkBacksMidway USA would not ship 50 unprimed 25-20wcf cases due to the ITAR rules.
However I can see their point ,
USA, or any other country for that matter, could easily fall to it's knees if it was confrounted with an attacker equiped with a Winchester 92 and a handful of reloaded 25-20wcf cartridges.
