The model has long been known for feeding problems, however there are some reasonably easy fixes. If the round is sitting too high and contacting the top of the chamber then either the magazine feed lips are too far apart at the front and need to be tweaked with a good pair of pliers (like Marmite, a little goes a long way so be careful), or the extractor edges need some gentle chamfering and polishing. Remember, it is better to do several careful adjustments than one big one that goes too far! The attached sketch may help.![]()
