Half of those cartridges are only under-rated in America. The .222 and the 9.3x64 do quite well in Europe, as does the 6.5x55. The .25/06 is well settled down in the UK. As for the .404 Jeffrey, for those that hunt dangerous game in Africa, the .404 is not forgotten.
But the .257 Roberts should be more popular than it is, and the .220 Swift is still king of high velocity .22's. On the other hand, I can't think of a reason to lift the twilight the .250/3000 savage is headed into. If I found a nice old rifle in .250-3000 I would take it and reload the .250 Savage happily, but I wouldn't consider making one just to have the cartridge, put it that way.
