Like the guys have said , to get a accurate repro , it will cost you a fair bit , not so much for a less accurate copy , most I have seen are not very well done , unless you MUST have a exact copy , I would look at a more modern option , ie the Ruger bolt action rifle in either 357 or 44 , and while both feed & eject well , the barrels ae not ideal to run heavy bullets , if you want to run say 250gr in the 357 or 300gr in the 44 , then most will reccomend a faster twist barrel than what Ruger put on these little bolt actions .
Also the Delisle is really a iron sight only rifle if you want to keep its original lines .
For the money you would spend on a Delisle build , I would put in a Ruger 357 , use a faster twist custom barrel , run 250gr bullets out of 38spl cases , and have a custom locking can made for it , scope it & maybe a folding stock as well .
