    Do you own a Krico?

If you do I'd love to hear from you, I'll be writing an article about krico rifles. Trying to get my hands on a few is however is hard. If you're in the Auckland area and would be happy to meet me at a gun shop and don't mind your rifle being photographed drop me a line. I have a model 120 and love it, and I am constantly surprised by how many people haven't heard of Krico (they're missing out). Any help would be appreciated. Cheers

    Luke

I bought a Krico .22LR 10-15 years ago - and to be frank - I persisted with it and it was just nothing like my Brno that replaced it.
I now have replaced the Brno with a Browning Gold Medallion from a FM on here and it moved up the ladder many runs on the Brno.

I had heard many great reports on Krico - but my exp was not a good one
Maybe it was a Monday assembly ??

Maybe Sarvo? I've had 3, and have nothing but great things to say about them. Unfortunately I only have the one now. Thinking hard, the only complaint I could make would be that the .22 didn't like gooey waxy Winchester ammo. I love BRNOs too, I can't imagine anyone being unsatisfied with one especially as a bunny buster.

Craig's had to have a small adaption because of some sort of problem with the bolt.

I worked on a dairy Farm when 1st left school in 75 - think the year they brought in daylight saving the buggers
My boss raved about Krico so I always wanted one
But honestly - mine must of been a Monday job.

These are the better ones I have. I was bought up using Krico. Still to this day the most accurate rimfires I have used. Wrong end of the country though sorry.

Wow, Wayne that's an impressive collection! What a shame I'm not down there. How many do you have?

It's like a bloody addiction LOL. I have a "few" more, most RF. I'm trying to add a model 900 but only know of one in NZ. I will PM you with contact up your way.

Have had a model 600 for 40 years. Was 222 but a worn barrel was replaced with 223 tube recently. Regretted not staying with original caliber.
Action is like oiled glass. Exceptionally smooth. Very accurate rifle. Lovely walnut stock.

I've got a model 2 Brno and it's a crap shooter. I've bought packets of every type of ammo and while Winchester subs are the best it won't group well. 40mtr is about max for accuracy. Nice rifle just not accurate. Would sell it but not sure that I can when it's so bad.
