Breech block for a 5.5 inch gun, debange breech do for caseless amunition at a guess.

The breech block is at Godley head where I am doing building conservation contract for DoC and I spent the day in Ripapa island where the gun it's from is

Use enough gun
Two of the guns are almost intact in Ripapa
One has all its aiming quadrant marks in the walls and charge weights etc
The big holes in the walls for cleaning rods and charging rods
Magazines
Even a cleaning rod mop bucket
Very interesting gain twist rifling.
You would need a serious lathe to knock one up
There are some in fired projectiles up here at Godley heads from the Ripapa guns and I will try to get some images tomorrow
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
