Anyone importing into nz
Id like to order a barrel won’t be one that’s stocked but I don’t mind waiting

Arthur Cleland put a Douglas barrel on a rifle for me.
About thirty years ago though.
He might still have contacts.

Douglas barrels used to be a "Collings" thing, Din was the agent. I'd say a call to either Steve or Mike would probly get to the bottom of it pretty quick. Cheers
