    DPT with corsive ammo.

    Question, dpt 30 cal can with stainless first baffle.
    Any idea how long would last with corsive 7.62x39 ammo?
    Need cleaning every time?

    DPT recommends cleaning after each outing. Spray with crc, dry off, then grease threads before reassembly.

    As far as I'm aware only yugo mil surplus and tracer are corrosive primed. I've put a heap of Barnaul, wolf, and Norinco through a suppressed Howa, remove and let dry in the hot water cupboard then a squirt of longlife crc. Moisture and ammonia are the biggest problem.
