DPT recommends cleaning after each outing. Spray with crc, dry off, then grease threads before reassembly.Quote:

As far as I'm aware only yugo mil surplus and tracer are corrosive primed. I've put a heap of Barnaul, wolf, and Norinco through a suppressed Howa, remove and let dry in the hot water cupboard then a squirt of longlife crc. Moisture and ammonia are the biggest problem.
