I just put a DPT section in the lathe
Put an indicator rod in the existing hole and checked and there is virtually no run out

So fast and easy to ream them on the lathe
Would also be pretty easy to do with an adjustable reamer manually because they have a nice lead in and would cut the alloy like butter
