Basically you will need to upgrade your gun security to meet the requirements, fill out application and hand it in.
Belonging to a club isn't necessary, but will help. As will having referees that are endoresed licence holders.

If you have a previously A-cat rifle that is now E due to law change, you can apply for free (Normally $206 approx).
They have given you till June to get your Ecat etc or have it changed to meet A Cat requirements.
