Looking at the POL 67H (E cat endorsement form) I have in front of me, you will need a 3rd and 4th referee who can attest to your character and fitness to have a MSSA.

It states "Your referees must be people with current firearms licences who are firearms dealers, collectors, or serving members of a recognised firearms organisation. They must be able to demonstrate long term experience with firearms. These referees are in addition to the referees nominated for an A Licence"

You will need to fill in the standard firearms licence application (the same one done for the A cat) as this has the first 2 referees for the AO to contact.

Form must be signed and witnessed by a member of the Police. As will the POL 67N endorsement form

Our pistol club did a neat and clear to understand flow chart of the process to attain your B cat. PM me an email address and I will scan it and send it to you. (all you do is add the E cat form in when you send the lot)

    Hope this helps

    Baz
