Had a brief but interesting conversation at the cop shop today. Popped in and asked to see the AO. He was out so the guy at reception said "I can give you the number for the arms office". I told him I already had it and had also emailed several times so was hoping to follow up in person as I'd had no replies.

He told me I wasn't the only experiencing that by the sound of it.

Sounds about right...

Today is the last day before I start my formal complaint process. Last week after emailing AO and CC'ing in everyone I could I got a response saying I'll hear from him this week. That hasn't happened yet, so if it doesn't happen today will be another thing he said he would do but didn't.
