When I inquired about some blaser barrels from Germany a while back I was told the only airline that would freight them was Korean Air, maybe flick them and email and a phone call.

I have exported a rifle to Aussie, its just a bit of hassle & paper work.
The States may be the same or more difficult, make sure he can get an import permit first....Contact me for reloading components, brass, projectiles, powder, primers, etc
