Do not use Fedex to import firearm parts they updated their policy and any firearm part or firearm will be returned to sender. Shipped some stuff from the US, got import permit sorted, Fedex US were happy to ship then shit hit the fan when package got in the hand of Fedex NZ. Had these muppets on the phone, explaining I had all the documentation and that Fedex US was all good with it they wouldn't hear it.
It's getting reshipped with USPS.

if you don't mind me asking, what parts did you get
I ask as generally I use FedEx to import sights for my Vintage rifles (the last one about 3 months ago)
have never had any issues but they are completely unrestricted items that don't require permits
