    Film: March scope/ Kurzzeit chronograph

    I'll put his film here.

Testing Kurzzeit chronographs and a March scope. The March was actually quite nice and compact LR scope.

Nice R93. I've never seen the .22 version being used.
10MRT shooters do it 60 times, in two directions and at two speeds.

    Hi Norway.
I have a similar March scope (2.5-25) and love the size/weight and how it dials. But with the very small "eye box" at high magnification I find cheek weld critcal. This is especialy noticable when hunting (oposed to range work) as often your shooting position is less than perfect. I have it fitted to a 7RemMag as a longish mid range gun and over all I'm very happy with it for this purpose.

    How have you found it?

I like your cheek piece Thomas. What make is it?
My one is cheap and nasty and is a pain to remove in order to remove the bolt assembly for cleaning etc.

Hillman. That unit is no longer in production. I have made a better version of it, it'll pop up on Vertebrae dot no eventually. (Better as in used better materials and produced by a "master tradesman" which is a protected title)

Im2lazy, I think I'm about the same page as you on the March. I haven't really noticed the eyebox yet, but that is because of the fitted cheekrest me-thinks as well as me not using the highest magnifications. With a 42mm objective and 24x magnification it HAS to be sensitive.

Dave I have a couple at home I'm pretty sure (the Hillman ones). You can have one.

It's your shout for the hookers and coke next time you're up my way.
