I guess the same question can be asked about a stock. According to the legislation, a stock is a firearms part, even needing a 43a to order online. However, according to the register's definition, a stock is not a "major part" and does not need to be registered?
So which version do we go with? Do I register a spare stock or not?
The Truth shall make ye fret.
