    firearms books free download.

    found a whole bunch of gunsmithing and gun care/disassembly books for free download.
    Am I allowed to post the link here?

    Found when I was looking for a gunsmithing book by roy dunlap.
    seems like everything there but his. Some bits and bobs missing but the ones I looked at seem pretty handy.
    Downloaded ok
    There is a lot there that needs tools etc not just for the home handyman but some of it is.

    @Cordite I did very briefly and then realised I might not be allowed to under the forum rules so I removed it.
    That's why I am asking in the OP if it is OK @Spanners you are a moderator? is it ok or done by PM or not at all?

    @csmiffy

    Think you are being too sensitive with your conscience, but as they say, better err on the safe side.

    I haven't studied the forum rules, but going by forum practice, it's very common for links to be posted to all sorts of interesting and informative sites - in deed there is a "Link" button above the window that I'm typing into at the moment. What else for?

    A problem would certainly arise if you were linking to some commercial site where you yourself are selling goods - would be deeply unfair on advertisers who pay to advertise on NZHS.

    @Cordite all good. It's only because during my long history of gleaning info on other forums especially the overseas ones that you wouldn't necessarily become a member of, sometimes they get a bit funny about that sort of thing. Didn't want to start a shitfight is all.

    @erniec you are a champion

    Ok-Im posting it. 275 views with no-one saying no. Its only a link do so at your own risk. I don't mean the downloading part. worked for me fine.

    Its the 32350 torrent thingy and you obviously need a torrent engine to make this happen.
